Our Setup, hub site with voice PRI and POTS lines with CallXpress voicemail system and remote sites with IP Phones and POTS lines.
When the remote site goes into SRST mode everything works except the VM-Integration. When the user press the message key or when a call does not get answered it goes out via PSTN using POTS lines to the hub site voicemail backdoor number but fail to take the caller to the user's mailbox, instead it is playing the general greeting. Any help.

In order to allow SRST user access to voice mail, configure these parameters on the SRST gateway:

Note: This example includes the full E164 number (which includes 9) and assumes the PSTN delivers full 10-digit numbers.

Hi,
Once you arrive the auto attendant,
you'll need to dial the extension plus ...
in some systems, it is #2 or as determined
so you will need to modify when no answer from ext to ext or trunk to ext fo FDN plus #2
