SSO enabled on collab edge and MRA IP phones

Hello,

We have a deployment for Collaboration Edge where customer want to enable SSO. That's fine for Jabber.

Customer has 7800/8800 IP phones, DX series and the SX series that are being used today as MRA devices, will they work ok?

Is there a signaling flow diagram that can clarify how user authentication id done when using these devices with SSO enabled on collaboration edge?

Yes, the non-SSO enabled devices will continue to work using the same authentication they have always used.
