stations getting duplicate ip address using 6911 phone as switch

Hi All,

I having an issue when I try to connect and PC behind an 6911 ip phone, it gets message saying ip address is duplicate on network

The PC has static IP and if I remove the IP address and let it get from DHCP server, it does not get IP (which I would expect as the network has no DHCP present and all pcs are using static IP

Also if this PC which says having duplicate IP and try ping the address it is saying is duplicate I can´t reach any device on network.

Any idea, what can be causing this ? Any similar problem with 6911 models ?

Can you take a packet capture from the PC when this happens to check for ARP messages and ICMP to determine what is responding causing the PC to think it has a duplicate IP?
