Question says it all really...
I have a VG224 SCCP integrated with CUCM 8.6. STCAPP controlling all of the FXS ports. All working fine.
We can perform group pickup from an analog phone attached to an FXS port by doing **4XXXX (where XXX is the Pickup Group number).
Again, all works fine.
Customer has asked me if we can allocate a speed dial to this sequence, so that the user can shortcut by doing "#9" (# is our speed dial prefix).
Configured it, but doesn't work (we hear "your call cannot be completed as dialled"). Other speed dials to internal and external numbers work fine.
Similar config works perfectly using CME as call control.
Will probably raise a TAC case, but just wondering if anybody else had any thoughts?
