subscribers timing syncronization

dear sir,

We have 2 subscribers in the iptel network. The time differences by almost 10mins between the 2 CCM subscribers . The 2 subscribers manage 2 building ip phones. Is there a way to synchronize the timing to be the same as pc desktops using NTP time server or make the timing the same for 2 of the ccm subscribers. Please advise any idea .
