admin:utils system switch-version
This will switch back to the other inactive partition. You can also do it from the GUI if I recall but I'm a CLI guy so I try to do everything with the OS from there.

Once you issue that command via the CLI it will confirm you want to switch and reboot the CUCM. Nothing else is needed from what I recall.

Thanks Jaime.
Also please let me know if using the "utils system switch-version" command on CLI is the only thing I have to do for switch-back process.

Rohit, no that's not the only thing you need. You need to reset your database replication as well
Here are the steps to switch back
Step1 Switch back the publisher node.
Step 2 Switch back all backup subscriber nodes.
Step 3 Switch back all primary subscriber nodes.
Step 4 If you are reverting to an older product release, reset database replication within the cluster
To reset database replication after you revert all the cluster servers to the older
product release, enter the CLI command utils dbreplication reset all on the publisher server

Thanks Brandon.
I have upgraded the Call manager from version 8.6 to 10.5 two weeks ago. Now I want to test the switch back process. so I need only this command "utils system switch-version" or I need to do something else also.
Please let me know if this is the only thing I have to do for switch-back process.
