Switchboard operator forwards all patient extensions to ring at the Operator switchboard

Customer's current phone system allows the switchboard operator (by pressing 2 buttons on the phone); to forward all of the hospital patient room extensions to ring at the switchboard instead of ringing into the patient rooms.  They want to keep this a manual process so they can invoke it at anytime.  Patients are always able to make outbound calls from their phones.

How can I duplicate this setup in Call Manager version 11.x?

There's no out of the box feature to configure call forward settings for any other line, besides the one on your phone.

You would need to do some custom scripting in order to do that, create a service in the phone, and the service would need to do AXL to CUCM to change the call forward settings on the phones.
