Tail drop call with CLI

I need response below query:

• Requires Singapore users to make tail drop calls (with CLI) to Thailand Gateway for PSTN breakout to Thailand suppliers. If suppliers return call, call should reach Singapore users with CLI displayed.

Please advise me how to do that.
