Assuming the server detects the tape drive which can be confirmed from the CLI with "show tech system bus". Then to add the tape drive as the backup destination go to the DRS/DRF page Backup > Backup Device. Add New > Select tape device and select it from the list. Now when doing backups you should be able to select the tape drive as the destination.

thanks Joe
Dose the server detect the tape drive by it self I mean no need for defination driver file or such a thing becouse when I go the DRS/DRF I do not find any backup device listed to chose.

Since it is USB it should automatically be detected. However if the drive isn't on the supported list of tape drives for the server/CUCM version, it may not work.
