TCL IVR didnt point to new .au file

Hello everyone, Happy new Year,

Want to seek for help here, already stuck and run out of idea, recently i do changed the en_welcome.au file with the new audio, i am using the same name as the previous. Previously this work well without any issue for many years. The issue i am facing now, when dialing to DID number, the old en_welcome.au still in place. Even i already deleted the file in flash0:/aa/ directory, the auto attendant still stick at the old audio.

 

Already replace the en_welcome.au with new one. but no luck..It's still pointing to old audio. Looked into the TCL/IVR script, it pointing to _welcome.eu.

My question is, how can i change this?

steps taken

1. delete en_welcome.au file (called to DID, its still play the voice, not sure if it still sit in others directories, can't find any)

2.insert new en_welcome.au file ( called to DID, it still play the old audio)

3.delete its-CISCO.2.0.2.0.tcl script file ( called to DID, it still play the old audio)

CUCM version: 7.1.3

VG router= cisco 2921

Any help is very much appreciated. Really need to solve this ASAP as my management wanted to hear the new audio of their company.
