Teams Keeps Ringing issue with Integration with CUCM using CUBE

Hello,

 

I have Cisco Phone = > CUCM 11.0 => CUBE => Microsoft Teams

I have configured Remote destionation to ring Teams client whenver someone is calling my Cisco extension once the call if ringing on teams if the call is declined on Teams it keeps ringing on Cisco and I keep getting the same notification of incoming call on Teams multiple times and it never disappears

 

Please help

Hi,

Check on Teams User's policy if you have any busy on busy policy configured to send the call to the voicemail or not.

 

Also a debug ccsip message output on Cube would be very useful?
