I am trying to setup a .php page for weather and need to copy the file to the CUCM Server. Is there a way to copy files to the server either via FTP or Telnet?

I can SSH in to the server but I can't figure out anyway from the CLI Prompt?

You can only upload files to the TFTP folder using the OS admin pages.

You cannot upload files to the Tomcat folders to use the web service from CUCM.

If this is what you're looking for, you need a separate web server to place your files.

It looks like you were trying to host a web page with CUCM 6.1.

Officially, there's no way to do that.  Unofficially, you may get a root shell account to upload (google it).  But it's not supported by Cisco.

Like Java said, you should use a separate web server to host the php.
