Generally hardware issues are the problem.  If you are using a VM environment I would suggest using the .ova template to ensure everything is setup correctly.

 The CUC version is 8.5.1 ,Installing in MCS7825 -H3

I have encountered similar problem today, I skip the 'Media Test' part and that worked.
