The use of Polycom endpoints on CUCM 11.x

I am wondering if anyone is using Polycom Group Series and IP Soundstations with CUCM 11.x and not using a VCS or Expressway - Core and Edge?

You'd be adding these as third party SIP devices to CUCM so you probably wouldn't find much dependency on the CUCM version in terms of compatibility or features.
