We have call manager 9.1.1.20000-5 in our office and We have a default corporate address book which works fine.
I have a request from my few seniors as they want a personal address book too. So I created a end user from enduser management and associated a new personal address book for few users. They can login in to enduser management from their pc and save the personal contacts. New phone address book appears on the user’s phone.
However the problem which I am facing is Third digit automatically strip off when we dial a number which is saved in the new personal address book only.
For Example if I have one cell number let’s say 9823456789 and I saved it in my new personal address book and I dial the number only 983456789 gets dialed and the third digit does not appear and call does not get completed.
