Third party sip phones and CMC/FAC

Hi,

I have a polycom IP phone,  I have registerd it to CUCM 7.1 do you know wheter it supports client matter codes because currently it does not work..

FAC/CMC are not supported on third-party SIP devices.  These features are only supported on some Cisco SIP devices.
