Third Party SIP Soft Phone Integration With CUCM 7.X

Hi,

Has anyone tried registering Third party SIP Soft Phone (Zoiper) to CUCM 7.1?

We are trying to Integrate Third Party Phone "Zoiper" with CUCM Version 7.1.

We have created end user page with user id, password & Digest Credentials.

Also Created Third party phone type & associate with the required details (i.e Owner User ID, Device Security Profile, SIP Profile & Digest User) ,  but still we are getting our registration status as rejected.

Can anyone please share some information on this.

Any documentation would be of great help.

If the devices are compatible it could be a license issue. Can you confirm you have enough?

Have you put the MAC address of the Zoiper into CUCM?

Can you please confirm, where can I check the third party SIP Licenses.

Also Where can I find the MAC Address of Zoiper Soft Phone.
