Toll Free Number Configuration [CUCM 9.x]

Hello all ,

My company get a Toll Free Number from the teleco and we need to configure that so What is the steps of configuring it on cucm version 9.x ?

Configuration depends on how do you want to use that toll free number and when anyone calls that no. from outside, where the call should land.

This is going to be very similar to other GW configs, most usually the telco will simply translate the toll free into a DN that is delivered to you, and then you simply choose how to route it within your system.

So All I need is to create a translation pattern for this toll free number to route the call to the phone inside the cluster. Am I get it right ?

Yes, for you, it should be no different than receiving a DID, just configure whatever routing you want for it.
