Tracing CSS in UCM

Hello,

There is a problem routing calls coming from UCCX to PSTN, looks like a CSS issue. Could anybody tell me necessary traces and trace level to see what happening with CSS in RTMT? I'm using UCM 8.6.

Regards,

Maxim

CUCM detailed traces, yes, CTI ports CSSs (device, then line)

There are no CSS traces, use regular CUCM traces to troubleshoot routing issues.

You can also use DNA.

Hi Java,

I know there is no separate CSS traces. I ask which trace level and filters in CallManager service in trace configuration are necessary to see the things happening with CSS and routing.

In CAR I see originate onbehalfof code 13 (call control) so I think it is a CSS issue. I couldn't find dialed number in default traces so I want to be sure it is a CSS issue.

Maybe things are easier than they looks. When call transfers to PSTN from UCCX application which CSSes are used? CTI port's CSS?

Hi Java,

Thank you for reply, I found necessary traces.

UCM does not uses CTI port's CSS, in my case it uses only originating trunk's CSS. Is there a way to set restrictive CSS on gateway and use other CSS for calls coming from UCCX?

Maxim
