Dears,
I got a request from customer today telling about a feature was working in Nortel system.
If he receive a call from external or internal extension and he need to transfer to extension but while transferring the call he need to hear the caller while transferring which mean if extension call the operator (7965) and ask him to transfer to mobile the caller will say the number and the operator will dial the number while the caller is saying the mobile number.
I hope you can understand the point.
Is that possible in CUCM version 10.5.2 or workaround.

Not sure it could be anyway possible on CUCM but on CUC it can be feasible. with dial-by-name or dial-by-extension

No, that's simply not possible, the process for transfer in Cisco world means you'll put the first call on hold, and get a new call for the transfer target, then you hit transfer again to finish.
We have no way to keep the call going, while doing the transfer.
