Hi
I wanted to know if someone can help me figure this out,I have a user who's VM works fine when you call her direct but when you call the receptionist and she trys to transfer you to the VM you can't leave a message.Any help would be greatly appreciate and thanks in advance

You'd need to provide some more information here. What VM product and phone system are you using? Do you have a transfer direct to VM type feature setup like does the receptionist do a transfer to *ext or does she do a cold transfer to the persons extention.

The phones are Cisco 7940 and the VM system is Unity but never mind i will wait until the Sr. Voice guy gets back
