Transferring unused CUCM licences to a different CUCM cluster.

Hallo,

I have a quick question.

I have a client who has 2 CUCM clusters, one manages the video infrastructure while the other is used for IP Telephony. 

On the cluster that manages the video infrastructure, the client has 180 unused Enhanced licences, they would like to transfer these licences to the CUCM that is used for IPT Telephony.

What would be required for this to happen?

Hi Pius,

There is not such migration process, you will have to send an email to licensing@cisco.com and they will have to migrate the licenses for you.

Hi Pius,

You could also add both CUCM clusters as a product instance in the same ELM/PLM if feasible and share the licenses.
