Translation-rule for cisco 5350

Good afternoon.

Tell me how to change the rule to cisco 5350 Version 12.2 (2) XB6 or where you can read about the translation-rules for this equipment.

Translation - rule for Cisco 2620 :

C2600 Software (C2600-IS3X-M), Version 12.3(26)

voice translation-rule 55

rule 1 /^55\(.*\)/ /\1/

But on cisco 5350 Version 12.2 (2) XB6 these rule can not be created.

Why ?

HI

This commands were introduced in 2.2(11)T  and you are running old IOS. Please upgrade to latest IOS and you will be able to configure it.

I have now established that:

ROM: System Bootstrap, Version 12.2(1r)1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

BOOTLDR: 5350 Software (C5350-BOOT-M), Version 12.2(2)XB2, EARLY DEPLOYMENT RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

System image file is "flash:c5350-is-mz.122-2.XB6.bin"

512K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory.

65536K bytes of processor board System flash (Read/Write)

16384K bytes of processor board Boot flash (Read/Write)

What do I need from the new ios?

Hi

Go to Cisco.com download and select your product and download latest IOS for your router AS 5350.

Go to following link

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/univgate/ps501/ps503/index.html

Right side, Click Download Software for this product. Select IOS software and download the latest IOS software.

Any IOS image after 12.2(11)T wll have the feature.

c5350-is-mz.123-26.bin  - supports voip ?

Hi

Yes. It supports VOIP.

You can also check it using Cisco feature navigator tool.
