Troubles adding Phones with BAT

I am trying to add some phones using BAT. However when I try and validate the file I get the following error.

00235eb722ee(Record Number 1) 2008 AS_Classroom_7911 is not an existing Phone Template

I have created the template. Gone back and add the line template. Still can't seem to get it to work. I would be grateful for any suggestions.

We are running CUCM 6.1.2.1000-13

Make sure the case matches. Also, make sure the fields in the bat file correspond exactly to the template. Also, the error states the Phone template does not exist, you mention that you have added the line template, double check to make sure the Phone template, not the line template is applied and correct.
