trust list not installed . tftp timeout

Hello

              I have a BE6000 running CUCM version 10 .  all my phones working perfect except one 9971 . phone status it shows trust list not installed then tftp timeout .  I have tried to delete ITL . but no ITL found . anyone help me

does it get DHCP alright?  Also try reseting everything INCLUDING network settings... I know it sounds strange, but it has helped me in the past.

phone gets correct ip and tftp address . and I have already reset many times even tried firmware upgrading

but no luck

HI 

can you do the following :-

1- On the phone Security Settings > Trust List, and delete all ITL files. If it doesn't work go to step 2.

2-do factory reset. Push # on plugin then 123456789*0#

    it shows no itl files installed , no ctl files also

    it seems 9971 doesnt support this key sequence for factory reset

It worked for me when I reset the security settings. Admin Settings >>Reset settngs >> Security Settings>> Security Softkey.

The phone will reboot and will try to register again.
