typing a comma for pause works but pasting one doesn't work !

Hi,

I'm using Cisco IP Communicator on windows 7.

To access our conference number we need

dial conference number    PAUSE     dial the access code

I can successfully type in in like this (before asking for dial tone of course)

                   conference number  ,,,,,    access code

Those commas work to cause Cisco IP Communicator to pause before putting in the access code.

THE PROBLEM:    if I attempt to PASTE in all of the above, the commas get filtered out !  Is this merely a bug ?  if so, what web page / email address should I use to report it ?

BETTER YET:  Do any of you have a work around ?  Thanks !   eric osman at rcn dot com      15-jul-2014

We only support the comma in speed dials, not when dialing directly, you could use the speed dial + the parameter to wait for further digits. I don't think no one tested what you're doing.

If you want this to be investigated, you need to open a TAC.
