I upgraded our UC 560 to the 8.6.2 software pack last week, and it seems the mechanism to have people enter a PIN for long distance calls stopped working.
After some intensive research of the configuration files, I've found the cause and a solution....
The upgrade process includes formatting the flash memory and building a new file system, and while it copies all your messaging data back to the formatted flash, it doesn't copy those two sound files back.
So all you need to do is recopy these sound files from a backup, back to the root of flash: and it starts working again:
