UC Components

Need help in configuring a unified communications solution for an enterprise with 2000 users. The solution should support support voice, video, presence, IM, mobility and messaging. 95% will be using CUPC. Please highlight which components should be removed from the list below as well as the ones to add. Don’t mind the Cisco prices.
