Hi,
I am working in a new uc540. My customer needs a greeting and then forwards the call to the receptionist extension without caller pressing any buttons. That is to say, a caller dials a DDI, a greeting is played, and then the receptionist phone rings forever. How can I achieve this without any actions? In the AA script, what is the default action step if no button is pressed? Is this editable?

Hi Chuan,
This can be achieved using a custom AA script. You would need CUE editor to create the script.

You should be able to forward through a Auto Attendant. You could create the greeting and if there is no input then forward the call.
Have you tried using the new CCA 3? You can easily manage Auto Attendants through this interface.
