Got myself a problem and have no idea where to start to resolve. Any pointers appreciated.
Another admin has been working on a problem setting up a SIP trunk to another office. Not sure whether it is related but now my 7925g handsets will not dial either internal or external (the SIP handsets work ok which are the desk phones). I can select extensions from teh directory and dial, but when I type a number in it will not make teh call. I've done the standard reboot etc.. as I thought initially that it has gotten itself in a bind up after the SIP config.
Not sure where to start with this one. Anyone have any advice?
