UC520 and CUBE Issues

Hi,

Please could somebody advise if it is possible to get a UC520 configured to make and receive calls via a Cisco Unified Border Element. The cube works fine with CUCMBE etc but is proving quite a challenge with the UC520! UC520 is running version 8.2 and we are using CCA version 3.2. Any pointers would be much appreciated

We have done some debugging (debug ccsip calls etc) and the related issue seems to be with negotiating codecs, we have seen incoming calls on the UC520 bring up error codes 488 and 500.

UC500 and CME are practically the same thing so what works for one will for the other.

Of course if you restrict yourself to CCA on the UC500, likely you will not get much good results.

Moreover you don't need a CUBE for either really as they have it embedded.
