My company got a UC540, without a warranty, and the problem is even after returning the factory defaults to the startup configs, I can never get an IP from the dhcp and so I can't log in via CCA. So i tried giving it a static IP with CLI, without success of being recognized by either CCA or a simple web browser. The Network itself is fine, a basic DHCP and DNS. Through my searches it seems I'm the only one with this problem. Basic network, default config from the default config file in the flash.... obviously anything behind the UC540 can't reach the network as the UC540 can't get the information itself. Anyone would have a solution for this?

I did use the console cable to enter CLI codes using PuTTY though. That's how I resetted the configs to the factory settings and manually configured an IP address without anything working still.

Hi,
you need to add the following command
ip http server
ip http authentication local
ip http secure-server
ip http path flash:/gui

sadly it doesnt recognize any ip http command if only the *show* one which marks it as disabled. i tried ip http server enable without success.
