UC540 Voicemail doesn't always accept PIN UPDATE: Added Message Log

I posted this in the SB section but there seems to be more action over here.

I'm having a problem where people are checking their voicemail and sometimes it'snot accepting their PIN from the Cisco phone.  I've had people try a number of times without being able to log in, others can get in on the first or second try. Calling the DID to get directy to voicemail seems to work consistantly.

Has anyone seen this before?

I'm not sure what those errors are. I've attached more of the log in a txt file.

I have a customer experiencing choppy voicemail messages at random times during the day, and I have these same messages in my log as well. Possible your issue is related to mine, where the audio breaks up and causes a problem with DTMF reception.

I am going to upgrade them to 8.0.6 as they are currently running 8.0.2. Not sure if this will help at all, but going to give it a shot.
