UC560 Vlans

I have a UC560 that can't communicate with the CUE. When I try to execute 'service-m i0/0 se' I get this...

--

UC560#service-module i0/0 session
Trying 10.1.10.2, 2002 ...
% Destination unreachable; gateway or host down

--

I then checked my interfaces and I see that VLAN90 and VLAN100 status is up but protocol is down. I went into the VLAN config in CCA, VLAN 1 shows up but 90 and 100 do not. What can I do to turn these up?

Are these vlans on the service-module I would have thought they were in standard running config on a UC560 not on the telephony unity module ?

There's 2 reasons a svi vlan can go like that

1 there is not active layer 2 port in up/up status for the layer 3 vlan

or

2 There is not stop instance for that vlan

**********************

You can stop session sometimes they lock up on module and clear it can fix access , once its been configured before hand

SUMMARY STEPS

From the Host-Router CLI

1. enable

2. service-module ism 0/0 status
or
service-module sm slot/0 status

3. service-module ism 0/0 session
or
service-module sm slot/0 session

From the Service-Module Interface

4. Perform configuration or other procedures.

5. Control-Shift-6 x

From the Host-Router CLI

6. service-module ism 0/0 session clear
or
service-module sm slot/0 session clear

When I run a service-module ism 0/0 status this is what I get...

UC560#service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 status
Service Module is Cisco Integrated-Service-Engine0/0
Service Module supports session via TTY line 2
Service Module is failed
Service Module heartbeat-reset is enabled
Service Module status is not available

If I try the service-module ism 0/0 session I just get the Destination unreachable...

UC560#service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 session
Trying 10.1.10.2, 2002 ...
% Destination unreachable; gateway or host down

That does not look good --Service Module is failed

Have you tried reseating the module it could have failed completely in hardware but  reseating them like any module if it just got stuck somehow can help

does it give an option instead of session try the reload to reboot it the module too
