UCCE call transfer issue

Hi,

We are running Cisco UCCE 10.5, When agent transfer an external call to agent/supervisor and vice versa, call drops immediately. We have checked the logs of CVP call server and CUCM, and the error: Unable to find a device handler for the request received on port 57409 IP address.

We have deleted the trunks links points to CVP from CUCM and created them again and restarted the Cisco call manager service on all nodes as per TAC recommendations but issue is still there. 

Urgent support will be highly appreciated.
