UCCX (7.0) - Call Center Agents (CAD) - Stuck in Reserved state

I have a site that for some reason the agents get stuck in Reserved state for up to 4 minutes. I was able to call one of the agents direct extension and it seemed to release the agent out of the Reserved state for some reason.

Any thoughts or suggestions on this?

could you please go through the following:

Increase CAD logs level to debug.

Increase the JTAPI logs level to debug.

do a testing call and collect the following logs:

CAD traces

JTAPI traces

MIVR traces

Calling number, called number, agent ID and extension
