UCM 6.1 with NICE

We are monitoring calls but we have the following issue

when we make calls that goes to PSTN , the voice quality is good (in monitoring and in recording) but after making call between IP phones (internals) all the calls monitoring and recording sound with poor voice quality.

what could it be the problem ???

Where r u hearing the bad quality?

Does users report any problem?

which phone models? use latest firmware

disable g722 and test,

try when agent uses speaker, handset, headset...

let us know after running more tests and isolate the issue

Bad quality is present in NICE after some calls are made, mainly internal.

the problems are shown in monitoring and recording calls.

models are 7945,7965,7975.

What is rare is that after making internal calls the problem comes up remarkable.
