UCM 7 Initial Install Fails..

I'm working on a fresh UCM cluster install and the subscriber encountered an error during the install process and refuses to continue.  I have rebooted several times.  I also tried the installation media and it only brings up a recover program which does nothing to solve my issue.

Has anyone seen this before?  Any way around this?

What's the error you're seeing?  Also when you say you've tried the installation media and you only get the recovery program, do you mean you tried other media (possibly the recovery CD)?  Did you do the media check on the disk or try to boot it up in a VM just to see if the disk is good?
