Hello,
I have a problem when generating a report for missed calls following the procedure below.
Procedure
Step 1 Choose User Reports > Cisco Unified IP Phone.
The Cisco Unified IP Phone window displays a list of all Cisco Unified IP Phone services that have been configured in the system.
Step 2 In the List of Cisco Unified IP Phone area, choose the services that you want to include in the report.
Step 3 Click the right arrow to add the chosen service to the Selected Cisco Unified IP Phone box.
The report will include all services that are listed in this box when you generate it.
The generated report ir empty with answered calls or any of User Reports > Cisco IP Phone services report. Can anyone advice?
Thanks.

Interestingly, it is a new defect that was identified by one of my co-workers :
CSCti98415 CAR: Inaccurate Phone Services report if Enterprise Subscription enabled
Symptom:
If enterprise subscription is enabled for a service, then the CAR IP Phone services report provides inaccurate data for subscription percentage for that service.
Conditions:
Problem affects CUCM 7.x onwards.
Workaround:
There is no known workaround.
---
Background information : The 'Enterprise Subscription' checkbox was introduced in 7.x. However, the code in CAR wasn't modified to accomodate this parameter, thus resulting in the above defect.
The defect fix is currently being worked by the CAR developers - you can track the bug status by subscribing to it through the Cisco Bug ToolKit.
