UCM 9.1 Local Route Group

Hi,

I have a new UC deployment (9.1) with local route groups and using a single set of calling search spaces per region (AU,HK,SN). This works ok, but when using the same CSS for the call forwarding with the the Local Route Group for redirected calls  service parameter set to last redirecting party the caller gets a fast busy. When users in the same region have call forwarding enabled and the service parameter is set to LRG of calling party the call goes through.

Any clarification on this would be great, thanks in advance.

Is it possible if you can capture this call with a set of traces from CUCM (Detailed) with calling, called and Redirected party numbers.

Hi,

I have attached the trace file and where the CM Service parameter Local Route Group for redirected calls is set to Local route group of last redirecting party.

The calling number is 1068

Called Number is 2956
Redirected party (CFA on ext 2956) begins with 004088

I can see the call on MELUCM server
