Hello,
Our core switch interfaces connected with UCS Management interfaces, showed high utilization unexpectedly into PRTG and it remained high till the end of working hours. On checking Call Manager VM utilization it was normal with Memory and CPU resources. Only the vmnic0 (which is physical interface of UCS) had high utilization. Attached is pic from Performance Tab of UCS.
Not sure either it was due to network or due to Call Manager VM itself.
Can any body suggest what troubleshooting steps to follow for utilization issues ?

Best you do is to configure port SPAN on your switch, capture the traffic, then analyze it using wireshark to understand what is causing the problem.
