UCUM 5.1 Local Database Problem

    Can anyone help me? I have CUCM cluster with 1 publisher and 1 subscriber, I had a maintenance and shutdown both, I first turn on subscriber and phones could not registered with it and even I could not logged in as an administrator, when I turn on Publisher I logged in and phones registered too.

    I discovered that Subscriber can not reach its local database

this is error from CLI

"admin:show tech dbstateinfo
-------------------- show tech dbstateinfo --------------------

Database State Info

Output is in cm/trace/dbl/showtechdbstateinfo20856.out
cdr err output is in cm/trace/dbl/showtechdbstateinfo_cdr_err20856.out"

Hi Giorgi,

Can you do the following ?

- Restart 'RIS Data Collector' service on both Pub and Sub

- Run a new Database Status Report and check if you see any entries under 'cdr list serv' for .242 server

- Attach the new Database Status Report so that I can take a look

- Sriram
