UCXN Checking Messages

Hey everyone,

So we implemented UCXN 8.6 and now people are annoyed by the fact that when an outside caller who isn't recognized by the phone system leaves a voicemail, they are identified as Cisco Unity Connection Messaging System. Is it possible to change the name of the unidentified caller to "Unknown Caller" so that when a user is checking a voicemail from the outside it will say, First new message from "Unknown Caller" rather than Cisco Unity Connection Messaging System?

If you are using Exchange, create a user with a mailbox whose email address is unityconnection@ with the Display Name you would like it to be.  Users will now see that display name instead.
