Unable to disconect the call when using Call-forward to external numbers in UC520

Hi

Our client have UC520. Its configuration is quite simple, having 4 FXO ports as a PSNT Conntectivity.there is one problem that arises when we make call-forward No Answer to external Numbers, when we do that, the call is successfully forwarded & everything goes fines, problem happens when we disconnect the call, the 2 FXO lines never disconnects it self & the line will remain buzy until we re-plug or restart the port.

Any suggesstion to resolve it ?
