Unable to hear ring back nor the call is going to Voicemail

Hello Friends,

Can you help me with one of the issue that I am facing currently.

When ever I am dialing the numeber from external network it's hitting my gateway but won't able to hear the ringback.

On gateway provider is sending correct digit.

Normally in our set-up if no one is picking the call it should go to Voicemail but instead of going to Voicemail getting fast busy and

call get diconnected.

However when directly sending calls to Voicemail it's working perfectly fine.

Please assist !!!!

Start mentioning system and version of everything you are using.

Call Manager Version - 7.1.5.34900-7

Gateway-  Cisco 3825 , IOS version 12.4

Also need to mention type of circuits used, and protocol between CM ang G

Circuit type - ISDN T1 terminating on gateway controller.

Protocol    - H.323 protoclol running between gateway and Call Manager.
