Unable to install CUCM 8.6 on VMware Workstation 10

I am unable to install CUCM 8.6 on Vmware Workstation 10 . I am getting the following error . Please suggest device

Error - Cannot open root device = "Label" or unknown block (0,0)

Please append a correct "root =" boot option

kernel panic - not syncing :VFS Unable to mount root fs on unknown block (0,O)

I would suggest using Vmware workstation 8.

I am not sure if its something to do you with Vmware worskstation as I have checked the VMX file config for another colleague who is using it in workstation 10 and its working for him . I speculate that its something to do with the ISO file i am using for CUCM . Are you aware where we can get a  demo iso file for CUCM 8.6.2.1000?
