Unable to modify security option on IP PHONE 7942G/7962G

Hi,

I’m experiencing issue with IP PHONE 7942G and 7962G, I’m unable to modify the parameters of security configuration either If unlocked, for exemple if I want to activate the access web option when I press the button 1 nothing happens and I've not the SELECT BUTTON.

My configuration is the following :

Cisco unified communication manager express 8.6

ISR  2921 voice bundle (ios : C2900-UNIVERSALK9_NPE-M), Version 15.1(4)M)

Firmware version of IP PHONE : SCCP42.9-1-1SR1S

USER-LOCAL : FRENCH

You can enable web access from CME using:

telephony-service

service phone webAccess 1

Then reset the phone.
