Hello,
Unable to register Cisco soft phone as SIP. it keep saying "Registering" but number is reflecting on screen.
CUCM version : 10
CCP is showing as : SIP, when checking model information.

1) Phone is configured as SIP ( CIPC).
2) Digest user = NONE

Try putting the digest user in there. Sometimes these phones don't register without the digest user, just past experience speaking.

but same profile is working on user laptop.

Is the CIPC on your laptop previously registered to another CUCM or DN? Is the TFTP IP valid? Can you ping the TFTP? No license issues either right?

Apart excellent troubleshooting steps mentioned by @Brandon, take the wireshark traces from computer on which CIPC is running and share the same.

Follow Vivek's advice next then. I'm not sure if you can delete ITL files on CIPCs or not, never had to do it but that might be worth trying too.
