Unable to send or receive fax but able to make and receive calls.

Hi ALL,

Can someone help me for the below mentioned case.

I have a fax line which is connected to the call manager by using MGCP protocol, and the line is able to make and receive calls but unable to send or receive fax.

Please let me know how can i troubleshoot it, what are the debuggin

What type of GW is it, ATA, VG20X, VG3XX, etc?

What fax protocol are you using end to end?

What is the PSTN access type, i.e. SIP, PRI, etc?

What happens when you fax to your fax number, do you hear fax tones?
