Unity 8.6 getting voicemails but not showing in Outlook

None of my users are currently getting emails on their voicemails but the emails are in Unity. MWI lights work and everything. I checked the Unified Messaging tests for the server and the users and both get verified that they are connected.

This is for all users and mailbox quota is not an issue.

Unity 8.6 is new to me. Any guidence on where I need to look?

RTP is only showing one critical error:

At Sat Jun 29 22:19:05 EDT 2013 on node 172.31.0.111, the following SyslogSeverityMatchFound events generated:

SeverityMatch : Critical

MatchedEvent : Jun 29 22:18:50 vgmdunity01 user 2 ntpRunningStatus.sh: Primary node NTP server, 10.5.81.62, is currently inaccessible or down. Verify the network between the primary and secondary nodes.  Check the status of NTP on both the primary and secondary nodes via CLI 'utils ntp status'.  If the network is fine, try restarting NTP using CLI 'utils ntp restart'.

TimeStamp : Sat Jun 29 22:18:50 EDT 2013

NTP server is fine and restarted but nothing yet...

Ended up being an Exchange issue. Autodetect was failing.
